“Who is Sarah Sellers?” That’s the question everyone was asking when the 26-year-old nurse anesthetist finished second at Monday’s bostonmarathon. sarah_sellers isn’t a professional runner. She isn’t sponsored. She paid her own way to Boston, and paid that $185 entry fee herself. Her goal that rainy, windy, crazy day was to finish 15th. “I knew 15th place got $1,500, and I thought it would be pretty cool to say I’d gotten prize money in Boston,” Sarah told me.
