According to the apps, we’ve gone from the size of a poppy seed to a strawberry, a lime, and now, at 12 weeks, a “large plum.” Every Tuesday morning, boldceo snaps a photo for me, and then I go to the grocery store to find the fruit of the week and assess (by holding it next to my stomach and talking to it, like a totally sane person). I love feeling like a science experiment, and am enjoying this whole process so far. It’s totally fascinating to me. And while I can see a bit of a change from week 10 to week 12, I wouldn’t really call that a “bump” just yet — I think it’s just those family-sized bags of sour cream and onion chips I keep housing.
