I’ve always been big on celebrating both huge and tiny physical victories. As someone whose health is known to fluctuate at life-changing intervals (thanks, Crohn’s disease!), I love patting myself (and others! always others!) on the back when I leave the house, when I get out for a run, when I run without making bathroom stops, or when I’m able to drop fast times at the track, on the treadmill at orangetheory, or during a race. But I don’t celebrate my MENTAL victories enough. So I’m going to do that! Consider this my big, public, self-congratulatory pat on the back to celebrate a solid few weeks of feeling mentally and emotionally STRONG & PSYCHED. Ever since recording and releasing *that episode* of the Ali on the Run Show with boldceo (Episode 57), I’ve felt so much happier, lighter, more motivated, and more excited about my life, my success, and my potential.
