Rumination
This is a topic I’ve talked about a lot! I’ve battled with this constantly since 2016. It’s been a few years since then and these steps I use have helped me so much! But before I get into that, let me explain what Rumination is. Because you might be battling it without even knowing.
Rumination is technically your mind going on a loop and you are struggling to get past it. It feels like your watching a movie of your present moment, with no control. It feels like you can’t change the channel and you're just watching life pass by because of a looping thought.
Okay now that we have the overall understanding of what Rumination is, here are my tips on how to get past it!
