“Sometimes doing nothing is better”
*I try to keep these blogs as plain and simple as I can, but this one will be a little hard to understand so ill try my best to explain.*
A lot of motivational content tells us to just go for it, we will get everything we desire because of our efforts, but to be honest, that’s just not true. Sometimes going all in and rushing the process can get us out of contention of what we desire. We can push and push, but no progress will happen. This can happen when we overthink and have too much anxiety. When we try so hard to get out of the loop, it makes it harder and feels nearly impossible. Maybe the solution is just to take a step back, let the negativity flow through, keep the positive vibes that this is just temporary, and all you need to do is rest. Trust the process, everything happens for reason, good and bad. Let things play out!
