If anyone has been battling with mental health issues for a while, and have gotten better over the days, months or years. It’s good to reflect and see how far you’ve come and it’s possible to get passed it. I suffer from anxiety and yeah I have my good days and bad days, but I always reflect that I’m a better person than I was 2 years ago. I’m stronger. If you are in need for help.
