Vital Wheat Gluten - derived from wheat proteins, this is a very low carb, low fat, protein source. Use VWG to make seitan in almost any flavor imaginable, even for high protein desserts like protein banana bread! 2.) plantstrength Chick'n Bites - gluten free, only seven ingredients, and the easiest to make on this list (literally microwave). I have been loving these, they are super macro friendly, ZERO fats, low carbs and high in protein!
