What to expect on a cut:
Hunger: you will be hungrier. This is a good sign. Hunger indicates your body is going to be using fat for fuel. Embrace it.
Strength: The common “bro” approach is low reps on a bulk and high reps on a cut, but this doesn’t make sense. Instead, continue training in the way you built the muscle, so you can preserve the muscle on a cut. You’ll be stronger than you think.
-Remember:
💪Protein: should be higher on a cut.
💧Water: the more the better.
💪Creatine: Yes! 2-3g per 100lb bodyweight.
🔥Fat burners: Yes!! DM me for specifics.
