π π Pumpkin Pie Protein Bread π±πͺ

Ingredients:
180g Vital Wheat Gluten
1 Can of Canned Pumpkin
60g TrueNutrition Pea Protein Isolate (Pumpkin Pie Flavor for the win!)
1 ripe Banana
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Stevia or other sweetener if desired

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir together. Then slowly mix in water or almond milk until you have a pizza dough like consistency. Apply cooking spray to a baking sheet/pan and then add the pumpkin bread dough. Bake at 420 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Add any toppings desired or simply eat as is!
