What are you doing to make the most out of each day? For me, each time the voice in my head says: “that’s not me” I immediately question it and say “why not?”
In the past few months I’ve:
- met with a spiritual healer
- taken myself on a date
- let someone else pick my workout
- listened to a religious podcast ( I am not and have no plans of being religious)
- talked to strangers
- gone to the beach alone
- stayed up past my bedtime
Granted, the list above may not seem huge to some, but to me, these were all very much “not me” things. Or so I thought. I’m finding me. And I hope you find you. Have the best Friday ever ❤️
