I’ve been eating this tofu meal everyday for 2 years!! Somehow I’ve managed to not become a protein deficient vegan and still haven’t grown boobs yet from all the soy (I’m trying trust me). Tofu gets a bad rep, but if you can look past the fear mongering and accept your inner soy boy you will see that tofu is:
High protein 💪
Low carb ❤️
Gluten free 🙌
High fiber 🌱
High in antioxidants 💚
