Yes! Of course! You just need to learn how to set your diet up via Macros (Proteins/Carbs/Fats) in a way that lines up with your ultimate goals. You can think of your macros in the same way you do with your finances: budget accordingly. For me, I needed a lot of carbs, I found a low fat pancake mix and used that to reach my macros goal for the day. If you need help with your diet, or learning how to track macros reach out!
