Hey, it's jeffmillerla from #triptesters, taking over the instagram today from two places I've visited this week: #minneapolis and the eauxclaires #festival, about an hour and a half from there in #wisconsin. This is the #chippewa river, which flows through the #eauxclaires grounds, making it one of the most beautiful festival grounds in #america.
