In this world everything is PINK, even this creamy alfredo Ranch pasta! 💖 1) Roast beets, shallots and garlic seasoned with oil, salt, pepper and Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning in a covered dish for 30 minutes until fork tender. 2) Cook pasta of choice according to box directions. 3) Blend veggies in a blender with 1C of pasta water and 2 T of Ranch Dressing. 4) Make Alfredo sauce with 1C of cream, 2T of butter, 1C of parmesan cheese and add milk until desired consistency. Add spoonfuls of blended veggies until sauce reaches the desired Barbie pink! 5) Add sauce to cooked pasta and stir.
