Let’s warm up a chilly day with some Taco Soup 🌮 Last time we showed you how to prep and store extra meat and today we’re showing you how easy it is to put it all together!
What you’ll need:
Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons
Ground Beef, ¾ pound
Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed, 1 can (15 ounces)
Diced Tomatoes, With Juice, 1 can (14.5 ounces)
Corn (Fresh, Frozen Or Canned), 1 cup
Hidden Valley Seasoning, 1 tablespoon
Chicken Broth, 2 cups
🌮 In a medium pot set over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the frozen mix (ground beef, beans, tomatoes, corn, and seasoning mix) and sauté. Break it up with a spoon and cook until it’s brown.
🌮 Stir in the broth.
🌮 Continue to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the flavors are blended. Serve hot with toppings of choice.
