Hanukkah is right around the corner and we’re making these ranch latkes! 🕎 To make this recipe at home, you’ll need: 2 large Idaho or russet potatoes, peeled, grated, and patted dry Cornstarch, 2 tbsp @hidden.valley Plant Powered Ranch Dressing Vegetable oil Chives or green onions Method: 🥔 Combine potatoes with cornstarch and 2 tbsp of Plant Powered Ranch Dressing; mix until well-coated. 🥔 Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering. 🥔 Working in batches, drop the potato mixture into the hot oil and cook until golden, about 5 minutes per side. 🥔 Top with chives or green onions.
