Embracing my post show fluff and this ugly bun. 5 days post show. I completely fell off my diet after the show but have been going hard in the gym still! Today I got to my 3rd meal without indulging and then had some Oreos...πŸ˜… Saturday will be 12 weeks from the next show id like to do so I better dial it up a notch and stop cheating myself!πŸ™ˆ Some of my new goals include toning my legs (especially my hamstrings), perfecting my posing to what looks good for MY body, and controlling myself when I get cheat meals.
