Embracing my post show fluff and this ugly bun. 5 days post show. I completely fell off my diet after the show but have been going hard in the gym still! Today I got to my 3rd meal without indulging and then had some Oreos...π
Saturday will be 12 weeks from the next show id like to do so I better dial it up a notch and stop cheating myself!π Some of my new goals include toning my legs (especially my hamstrings), perfecting my posing to what looks good for MY body, and controlling myself when I get cheat meals.
