It’s crazy to think how fast time flys! It seems like yesterday that I was walking into highschool chasing Ironman, Fargo and Cadet World Wrestling Championships while trying to maintain a 4.0gpa. I only accomplished 2 of those 4 goals, but I’m walking out holding my head high. I did win Ironman and Fargo Championships, but I didn’t win a gold medal in 2018 Cadet Freestyle World Championships (I got bronze) and I didn’t graduate with a 4.0gpa (I finished with a 3.7). But it’s better I set extremely high goals and come close but don’t completely fulfill them, then to limit my potential by a complacent, easy going, acceptance attitude. Now I’ll be chasing NCAA, World and Olympic Championships in Wrestling along with pursuing a degree in Applied Exercise Science - Principles of Strength and Conditioning.
