“It is unfortunate that United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) is not following ADA standards to make reasonable accommodations for our athletes. One personal care attendant (PCA) for 33 athletes is simply unacceptable. The disability [OR spinal cord injury] community relies on PCAs substantially, and the relationships that exist between them and the athletes is highly personal.
