My name is Brian Reaves and I am a 40-year-old quadriplegic. 18 years ago, on the night before Mother's Day, I was involved in a life-changing car accident. I was active duty Navy, had deployed twice and was safely home here on U.S. soil when the unthinkable happened. I was in a single car rollover no more than 100 yards from the base when I broke my C7 vertebrae.
