We’re still celebrating Black History Month and this week we’ll be profiling some of our very talented students! In line with the national #BlackHistoryMonth theme of African Americans and the Arts, we present “Coloring Outside the Lines,” a series profiling student artists and their work in the @RutgersNB community. Meet Alfred Dudley III (@artmaps), a class of 2024 @mgsarutgers student majoring in visual arts. “My art gives me an opportunity to unpack everything physically and download my experiences, my perception of the world, my perception on diaspora and my relationship to all the things at which I consume and experience and love and enjoy and witness.” Stay tuned for more student stories throughout the week!
