At the end of a year, we start to hear about #weddingtrends for the upcoming year! When you Google, 2020 wedding trends, dozens of articles populate. For today’s #TuesdayTip, let’s talk about a trend I’m seeing more with our couples and something I hope becomes more popular! We love when our couples move their cocktail hour to before the ceremony. Here’s why! First, it’s just fun! Who doesn’t want a cocktail as soon as you arrive somewhere?!? Um, sign me up! Also, with #firstlooks replacing the tradition of not seeing each other before the wedding, you can take all your photos before saying “I Do”. Now guests don’t have to wait an hour between your ceremony and reception for you to take photos, it’s already done! Immediately after the ceremony, guests can be seated for the reception which leaves more time for eating, drinking, mingling and of course dancing.
