St. Louis’ annual two-day event, loufest, brings together the biggest names, brightest talents and rising stars from across the music spectrum. From pop to punk, funk to folk, R&B to rock, rap to country, and more, the BMI stage will raise the bar for the festival, starting at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, September 9, and 11:45 a.m., on Sunday, September 10.
