I had some movement conditioning to end the session today: 350 double unders, break it up however you need…. And I took it personally…
350 unbroken double unders later it was time to go home.
2 important things here:
1) no matter what your level is, it’s important to keep finding ways to challenge yourself. Even if they sometimes seem trivial.
2) learn to make movement your meditation. I love movement conditioning pieces like this. Once you dial it in they keep your focus on the task at hand and you might find you can learn relax during your movements 🧘🏼♂️
