It’s been a minute!
I’ve been taking my time recovering and slowing adding things back into training and we’re finally getting back to the fun stuff!
This week I’m starting a weightlifting phase and I’m pumped! I know it’s going to be slow to start but I can’t wait for the road ahead.
Today I did lots of technical work and this EMOM as a starting point. Feeling good so far!
