Grip Challenge! Try this out and put those forearms to the test! . 3 sets Max unbroken double overhand deadlifts 185/125lbs + fatgripz Rest 1 minute between sets . I did this at the end of training today and it rocked me 😂 I don’t do a lot of double overhand deadlifting and it’s was a total reality check!
