I’ve been getting back to some basic workouts lately. Intensity is still pretty low, but I’ve been getting some nice little grinders and it feels good to be back getting my heart rate up!
Today’s snack was:
5 rounds
25 hand release push ups
25 deadlifts with 2x70lbs DBs
Row 1 minute at 1:55/500 pace
