Getting back to it!
Rehab is coming along. I’m finally Starting to build up to some more dynamic movements and basic CrossFit workouts!
It’s a big mental step. I still can’t load things much, but Today is the first day I’ve done a squat with any weight since stage one of the games. It may have only been a 14lbs wall ball 😂 but it was pain free!
