Last year I got to go and be in Hawaii and take part in this event and it was amazing! The kealafoundation raises money every year through the trail run to help run social programs for at risk youths on Kauai. Seeing and being able to help out first hand in these programs, and meeting the kids in Hawaii was a transformative experience.
