Quick and dirty, this is a blackout workout. I did this a couple months ago when dekacomp was doing some benchmark testing. You’ve got to walk a very fine line on this one. 7 minutes is short so you don’t want to over pace it, but it’s still plenty of time to self destruct 😂.
My score was 7 rounds + 12 reps.
Give it a shot! Substitute for dumbbell thrusters or single and DB thrusters if that’s what you’ve got!
