I did a nice little workout this afternoon that I thought I’d share because it’s super adaptable to any erg and weights you might have around.

Every 3 minutes for 6 sets
12 dumbbell hang clean and jerk (45lbs)
500m bike erg
12 dumbbell hang clean and jerk
.
With a ski or rower do 250m or a 200m run and you can use a dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells, whatever you like! Use what you’ve got and get after it!
