What a year 2019 has been. I’m fortunate to say that this year has left me with a full heart and wanting for very little in my life. It’s been exciting and full of just about anything a young man could handle. I’ve been able to travel the world doing something that I love with people that I love. I’ve had some ups and downs in competition, but have always been able to bounce back strong and perform in a way that I’m proud of. I’ve graduated from chiropractic school (finally). I competed in 2 Crossfit opens in the same year (ouch). I moved across the country (again). I’ve lost some family members, but gained some new ones as well. I’ve been able to make new friends and reconnect with old ones. And last but not least, I’m lucky enough to be engaged to the woman of my dreams. All in, Id say it was a pretty good year.
