I’ve been working a lot sprint type events lately and playing around with different strategies to try and get the biggest bang for my buck!
I love using the wodproofapp for video review to see where I’m losing time in my workouts. Here I tried to do bigger unbroken sets than i normally would and lost pretty big in transitions. Good to know!
