It’s crazy to think that the open technically still isn’t over... As athletes we’ve begged to see more control and scrutiny in the open in the last few years. Things have become amplified now that a Crossfit Games berth can come straight out of the open. I think it’s cool to see the direction things are moving and more emphasis being made on good movement and all levels of the community being held accountable to the standards, but obviously any change always comes with new unforeseen challenges and growing pains. Obviously it doesn’t affect everyone, but how do you feel about the video review/penalty process from this years open? Does anybody have any awesome ideas on how to improve things for years to come?
