Here’s a quick grip challenge! Grab a pair of fatgripz and load a bar to 115/80 lbs and stand in front of a clock.
Perform one deadlift with a 1 second hold at the top, followed by 2 deadlifts with a 2 second hold after the last deadlift, then 3 with a 3 second hold.... etc.
Ladder up as long as you can until your grip gives out. See if you can get to 10!
