Scouty joined me for my mediation this morning ☀️ She gave me permission to snap a pic ✨ It felt like a special moment of intimacy & connection for my Littlest One & I. She is so lovely. As I struggle to find my footing in the discomfort of certain inner struggles, I crave intimacy with myself so that I may truly share intimately with my Beloveds. The grind, the race, the chase, the hustle is what I’m built for. It is my default setting. Over the years I’ve learned to recognize when my grind is yielding diminished results. I’m at that point.
