Last day to cram knowledge into my head before my Part A board exam tomorrow, but I’m still getting my training in. Training always remains a priority even when exams and stressful times at school creep up. I use it as an escape to clear my head before I get back to work.
Tried to keep things short and sweet today to keep my training time efficient. Lots of power work and sprint workouts. Give this one a rip. It’s great practice to maintain speed and snappiness under fatigue.
