One step closer to the goal. . Lots of ups and downs this week but I’m proud of myself. Whether it’s resilience or just plain old stubbornness, I proved this week that great things can happen if you just keep picking yourself up and moving forward. I want thank all of the volunteers and staff of the crossfitgames who work tirelessly to make us look good (special shout out to the medical team).
