I love it when a plan comes together. . Another East Regional in the books. I’m very happy with my performance and my weekend as a whole. I did what i came to do, but things were not perfect. There is lots of work to be done and the Devil is in the details. My eyes are set on a bigger prize. After a quick break to heal up some nagging issues I can’t wait to start training for the 2018 Crossfit Games. .
