With the second week of regionals about to start I have to #Throwback to the men's podium and Games qualifiers in the East. It was a wild weekend and all the athletes killed it, but I have to give a big shout out to trexpaulson cmooneycf and mikepalomba1 for punching their first tickets to the crossfitgames . I'm super excited for these guys and stoked to compete against them and represent the East in August. No one would have expected 3 rookies to come out of the East so bravo! You guys are legit.
