I spent the afternoon today at the teamfirepower Youth Competition today and had the chance to speak to the kids about my experiences and balancing my training, academic responsibilities and personal life. It's so great to see a generation of kids interested in health and wellness and staying fit. I hope I inspired them because they definitely inspire and motivate me.
