This guy... fikowski is truly an amazing competitor and an even better person. I am proud to call him a friend and it was a privilege to compete alongside him all week at the crossfitgames . On the floor he is as fierce a competitor as you could find, but Brent is always relaxed and even keeled behind the scenes and always has time to chat and keep things loose. Having him around definitely boosted my performance throughout the weekend and I can only hope that I did the same for him.
