Finally getting back to training after a short hiatus since regionals. Some R and R was much needed but now it's time to put in some work. Starting off by testing out this wing and trying to make sure I don't build up a mental block snatching. A few muscle snatches to start the week off with my hatlex_canada bar. Starting slow for now and things aren't perfect, but my arm is still attached so I'll keep working at it. 42 days.
