A man from Ontario who wanted to prove to the primetime crossfit community that he was not just a typical Garage Crossfiter as his surprising Open score suggested. But then he tore his entire upper bicep head in the opening workout! Fighting it all weekend, he was the only athlete to go rep for rep with Mat Fraser on every workout. Bringing this story to light for the community was one of my highlights. At the end of the weekend, Pat looked at my camera and said, "We did it!". Did he mean him and his team?
