#TBT to my first big #crossfit competition at the 2014 Canada East Regional. After only about a year of crossfit I came in near the back of the pack with little experience and no expectations. 2 days and 2 event wins later I finished the week in 5th place, something I never would have expected. I met some amazing people who have since guided me and helped me realize more of my potential. A year and a half later I'm competing all over and having a blast exercise racing and improving my fitness every day.
