ALL OUT FOR AWARENESS 💕 Dora T from otfmurfreesboro began her journey with Orangetheory in 2019 – it quickly became more than just a fitness class, but an extended family that gathered each morning before sunrise, the #5amCrew! In 2021, Dora was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She began treatments – 6 rounds of hard chemo, double mastectomy, and now targeted treatments through January 2023. Dora shares, “Thankfully, my medical team understood my love of OTF and encouraged me to workout throughout chemo. Cancer is as much of a mental and emotional battle as it is physical! My 5am crew, along with the OTF coaches and staff encouraged me each step of the way. Some days after chemo and surgery were tough – but I never regretted a single workout.
