Following Simone's career and accomplishments has always inspired Lucy to work hard, advance her skills, and strive for improvement. But it was when Simone took a step back from competing at the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo that Lucy's admiration for her deepened. It was then that Lucy learned that Simone was battling mental health challenges... JUST LIKE HER. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝘆'𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲! Not only was Lucy able to fly to Houston and tour the World Champions Centre for gymnastics, but she was also able to meet Simone in person!
