You see, lukerainwater is a special 9-year-old, full of spirit and charisma. He never met a stranger (just take a look at his pics!) and he lives with Spina Bifida. And even though his condition can be very challenging, you would never know it because this guy exudes a happiness and a spark that is difficult to describe! 😁 . . Luke’s send-off 🌟𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗗🌟!
