Here we go again! Meet Cody, a 19-year-old living with down syndrome. His short life hasn't been an easy one. Diagnosed with congestive heart failure a couple of years ago, Cody is unfortunately not a candidate for a heart transplant. He has had 3 open heart surgeries and was most recently diagnosed with stage 2 chronic kidney disease. However, despite it all, this loving young man is full of spirit and joy!
