5 years ago today we were blessed to have our very first yoga event! We were at Postino who told me 3 times NO before I finally wore them down and got a yes to have us lol!!! We had 33 attendees which were all friends of mine or friends of friends. I had a couple portable speakers and no headset. I taught the class like I would a studio class….def not our format that we do now! Who ever would have known on this day that 5 years later we would still be at it and also be hosting yoga retreats, annual water events (Paddleboard/kayak), sound healing, mala parties, even golf lessons/HH. This little business has grown organically and is really about connection and fun. I’m grateful, proud, honored, energized and ready to keep it going as long as our group wants it.
